Order cancellation

All orders can only be cancelled up to 1 hour after you have submitted your order. 

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You receive the wrong item

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) (You are responsible for the input of your address.)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You have up to 7 days after the order is shown as delivered to request a refund for any reason aside from those listed above.
